## Narrative 3 – *The Emotional Garden: Tending Rancor and Procrastination*

In the garden of the psyche, rancor is a thorny vine that chokes the tender shoots of intention. Procrastination is the wilted seed that never sprouts. The **Commitment** principle calls us to till the soil with forgiveness and plant the seed of purposeful action. Each evening, the patient waters the soil with a “Rancor‑Release” journal, pulling out the weeds of resentment. At sunrise, a brief “Pro‑Action” breath‑visualization waters the new seed, coaxing it toward the light of a concrete micro‑task. Over weeks, the garden transforms from a tangled thicket into a blooming meadow of calm focus.
