COMPREHENSIVE PRAYER
Heavenly Father, Creator of all that is seen and unseen, we gather before You with gratitude for the manifold ways You have equipped our bodies, minds and spirits.
We thank You for the nutrients and minerals that sustain the very fabric of our cells, for the herbs and plants that blossom from Your garden to bring relief and strength.
Lord, bless the therapeutic practices that uncover hidden wounds; let the EMDR sessions, the resonant naming, and the limiting‑belief work be guided by Your Holy Spirit, turning every memory into a testimony of Your grace.
We pray for the proper balance of our hormones, neurotransmitters and immune defenses, that they may operate in perfect harmony as You designed, reflecting Your order within us.
Grant us the humility to receive each probiotic, each antioxidant, each essential oil as a precious gift, and the wisdom to steward them with prayerful intention.
Help us to lay aside procrastination, rancor, guilt and any thought that does not align with Your truth, and to replace them with forgiveness, confidence, and the fruits of the Spirit.
May every step of our healing journey be a worshipful act, a living sacrifice to You, and may our restored health become a beacon that points others to the Source of all healing.
We seal these prayers in the name of Jesus, our Great Physician, who lives and reigns forever. Amen.
